Our Service Area: Chester County, Montgomery County and Delaware County From Phoenixville
C.R. Davis III & Sons Pest Control serves homes and businesses across Chester County, Montgomery County and Delaware County from our headquarters at 153 Silver Springs Rd in Phoenixville. We organize the area into two parts: the Phoenixville side along the Schuylkill River and Route 422, and the West Chester side to the south and west, where our location is coming soon.

One headquarters, two service areas
Every C.R. Davis III & Sons visit today is scheduled from our Phoenixville headquarters in East Pikeland Township, Chester County. To keep routes sensible across three counties, we split the territory into two service areas. Each town belongs to one of them, based on which side of the line it is closer to by road.
Our West Chester service area covers the southern and western half. The West Chester location is coming soon. Until it opens, those towns are served from Phoenixville, and the phone number is the same everywhere: (610) 935-9130.
How Phoenixville and West Chester divide the area
The Phoenixville service area follows the Schuylkill River and the Route 422 corridor. It includes Phoenixville and the Pikelands, the Vincent Townships, North Coventry Township, South Coventry Township and East Coventry Township, Pottstown and the Pottsgroves, Royersford, Limerick Township and Upper Providence Township (Montgomery County), Collegeville, Trappe, Skippack, Perkiomen and Worcester, Lower Providence, Norristown and the Norritons, and King of Prussia and Bridgeport.
The West Chester service area covers everything south and west of that line: West Chester, PA and the Goshens (East and West Goshen Townships), Exton and Lionville, Downingtown, Coatesville, Kennett Square, Malvern and the western Main Line, plus the Delaware County towns we serve, such as Media, PA.
Chester County
Chester County is home base. Our headquarters is in East Pikeland Township, and both service areas reach into the county. The housing ranges from pre-1940 borough homes in Phoenixville, West Chester and Coatesville to subdivisions built after 2000 in townships like East Caln and East Brandywine. Montgomery County
Most of the Montgomery County towns we serve fall in the Phoenixville service area, from Pottstown down the river to Norristown and King of Prussia. Norristown and Pottstown have some of the oldest and most attached housing in our territory, while Skippack and Worcester grew largely in the 1990s and 2000s. Delaware County
The Delaware County towns we serve are all part of the West Chester service area. They include Media and its neighbors, plus the Newtown Square and Glen Mills areas. Around Media, the median home in most townships was built between 1959 and 1977, so older sill plates, porches and additions deserve a close look on inspections. Towns along the Schuylkill River and Route 422, from Pottstown to Norristown and King of Prussia, are in the Phoenixville service area. Towns to the south and west, including West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, Kennett Square and Delaware County, are in the West Chester service area. If you are unsure, call with your street and township.
Is my township covered if it has no town page?
Probably, if it is in Chester County, Montgomery County or Delaware County. Do services differ between Phoenixville and West Chester areas?
No. Both service areas get the same services, from termite inspections and WDI reports to rodent, cockroach and stinging insect work, and every job follows The Davis Inspection Standard.
